The Chagossian Memorial, erected in 2003. "In testimony to the uprooting and exile of the Chagossians who arrived at this quay between 1965 and 1973. God carried us as far as our arrival here, He will fight for us." Chagossian artist Clement Siatous did the paintings on either side of the memorial.
