Copyright for the aerial photo of Diego Garcia

We have sought to get in touch with the copyright holder of this photograph, for permission to use it on our website, but we have not been unable to.

We found it on Lynellen Perry's P-3 Orion Fan Page, where it is said to originally come from the site www.vp-40.org, but this site does not seem to exist anymore.

 As it is such a great photo we decided to go ahead and include it anyway.

We believe this to be a fair use of the photo, as we are a non-profit organisation, and have tried our best to get in touch with the copyright holder. The photo has been on our site for over two years and we have received no comment or complaint.

If you can tell us who the copyright holder is, then please do, and we would be happy to discuss use of the photo with them, and credit them.
