Judges consider appeal application

Judges of the Court of Appeal are considering whether to allow the Chagossians to appeal against the October 2003 ruling which denied them compensation for their ordeal.
Following a hearing on Thursday 17 June, the three judges reserved judgement and said they would make a decision in the next week or so.
